Store Collection
Orders can be collected Monday to Friday, from 8.00am – 5.00pm.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) using Now Couriers, Mainfreight, Arramex and NZ Post. We will select which carrier based on shipment size and weight. We do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.
Shipping is free for online orders over $350 Nationwide, except rural and Waiheke Island which will be quoted on case-by-case basis.
Returns
Items that are returned are required to be unopened and packaging in its original new condition (including any security seals/stickers). This excludes any specially ordered items or custom build products. Returns on items that are not faulty or supplied incorrectly will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty/Faulty Items
If your item is faulty on delivery please contact us on 0800 37 66 85 and we will organise repair or replacement, whichever is most appropriate for the specific case. In the case of a manufacturer defect or faulty workmanship, each manufacturer has a warranty policy that covers this and is displayed on that manufacturers website.
